Traditional Tuscan cuisine, grilled meat specialties (oak fire) and Tuscan stews, game, but not only. Wines: a winery with about 100 labels, of which 75 are red wines ranging from North to South Italy. The wines are paired with the proposed cuisine. Particular attention is given to Tuscany (from the famous Sassicaia to lesser known and to Km 0 labels) and to Lorenzo’s personal passion for Sangiovese. Small selection of spirits in a separate card.
