Cuisine with fresh, seasonal ingredients, with particular attention to fishing. The cuisine has its own characteristics: each dish is a creation in itself; from exotic side dishes to traditional dishes remaining faithful to old recipes and working on presentation. Wines: from north to south about 200 labels of menus and guest wines. About 40 distillates of medium-high level.
