To ensure an increasingly high quality, the Chef carries out the project “The Vegetable Garden of the Workshop”, where the organic products that are used in the restaurant’s dishes are produced. Olive oil, vegetables, herbs and fruits grown with love and care without the use of chemicals. Wines: 200 labels.
