Traditional Piedmontese cuisine, based on fresh and seasonal flavors, with a constant search for raw materials and a skilful “rewriting” of the oldest recipes, made more modern with original and artistic touches. Wines: paper with over 300 labels from the area, concentrated on Barolo and the wines of the Carretta di Piobesi d’Alba farm.
Ideal location for romantic dinners, with family or friends. Three cozy rooms and one suite apartment are available.
