Le Rocche del Gatto have been producing Pigato and Vermentino for over 60 years, with the aim of making exclusively territorial and varietal wines. Research, protection of the potential of Ligurian wine and maximum respect for the “terroir” to best represent the local tradition. Therefore, traditionally September is expected to bottle the wine from the previous year’s harvest. Rocche del Gatto wines are “dry, clean, salty and Ligurian”, differentiating peculiarities that have always met the taste and aroused good emotions in the public.
