I am Alessandro Bovio, a farmer and oenologist. In 2015 I founded my small farm where I make wine the way I like. The logo and farm name have been inspired by the huge centuries-old mulberry that shades the backyard. Since 2013, with paternity, sensitivity and respect for nature have grown in me. The desire for protection towards my daughter led me to manage the vineyard as it once was… without chemistry and synthetic products. And to limit the impact of wood on wine aromas, since the 2017 harvest I have been using the Clayvers, 400-liter ceramic containers, where the wine breathes and matures as in a small wooden container.
