About us

The Antico Palmento is a family-owned company located in the center of Manduria. Born from the realization of a dream of Bruno Garofano, winemaker, who decided to provide his experience for his three sons in order to produce quality wines of the highest expression of his territory. The project was realized in 1998 with the conservative restructuring of a “palmento” dating back to the early ‘900 and with the acquisition of some hectares of Primitivo vines planted using Apulian sapling method.
