The cuisine, is made with fresh local produce and vegetables, it is the typical one from Catanzaro with specialties based on fresh pasta, meat, fish and season mushrooms. Pasta, salumi and desserts are homemade. The cellar, in addition to the own production wine, offers the possibility to choose between different regional labels.
The restaurant is family run and is very careful to the quality of the products used.
