Restaurant Manager: Francesco Ambrogi, maître with thirty years of experience in the field of catering and as a teacher at various Umbrian catering schools, has been managing L’Altro Relais since 2017.
A local cuisine revisited with some seafood dishes. Our menu starts from a careful selection of raw materials, chosen with particular attention to seasonality and local products which are the basis on which the menu is designed and structured (it changes at least 4 times a year). A wine list with mainly Umbrian and national labels.
