The menu is comprised of many signature dishes of Gualtiero Marchesi, unanimously recognized as the Founder of Contemporary Great Italian Cuisine and first in Italy to receive the 3 Michelin stars. From Rice, gold and saffron to Open raviolo, from the Great fish starter to Lobster and macaroni pasta, from the Dripping – tribute to Pollock to the Red and black – tribute to Fontana … to all the other dishes or, as Marchesi wanted to emphasize, “artworks”. The wine cellar is composed of over 400 labels of exclusively Italian wines as well as some Champagne.
