Founded in 1977 by Pin and Lidia Rivetti, the winery is today owned by their sons: Carlo, Giorgio and Bruno. The wineries are three: two in Piedmont and one Estate in Tuscany. The family believes in grape origin and cultivating only indigenous grape varieties. The grapes are Barbera, Nebbiolo, Moscato in Piedmont and Sangiovese, Colorino and Vermentino in Tuscany. They prefer to make wines that are typical for the terrain they grow on, reflecting a taste unquestionably identifiable with the land they originate from. Their philosophy is to take one step back to the roots and the history of the land. Photo: Flemming L. Brandt.
