Chef Matteo Ridoni offers a contemporary seasonal cuisine, closely linked to the seasonality of the products. Bread, pasta and desserts are strictly homemade. Each menu includes 2 land dishes, 2 sea dishes and 1 vegetarian dish for each type of course. An exclusively Italian and extremely subjective wine list, based on the personal taste of the Chef and the Maître di Sala. The approximately 150 labels present have all been tasted in order to fully understand what we offer. An ample space for local wines; search for niche producers and never in large-scale distribution.
