A typical seasonal cuisine. The goal is to enhance the products of this land; dishes at 0 km, respectful of nature, cooked according to the ancient artisan recipes. Wines: all the wines of Puglia and bottled. Rosoli of own production; bitters, grappas and some international distillates.
A cozy, simple, comfortable and welcoming environment, furnished like the typical Apulian houses of the past. Family run by the Errico brothers, in the rooms that were once their grandmother’s home.
