A typical regional cuisine, simple, genuine but refined. Characteristic local dishes, hints at Roman and/or national dishes. The menu is updated quarterly. Wines: the offer includes 60% of Umbrian and Amerian wineries. There are other Italian wineries from Sardinia to Alto Adige.

Details

A unique and fascinating environment: Roman road and walls in “opus reticulatum” inside the rooms. An underlying cave with pre-Roman finds. Music with hi-end system in the hall, with vinyls collection.
