Typical Trentino-Alto Adige cuisine linked to the land of origin of the owner, Val di Sole in Trentino. Spatzle, dumplings, speck, salted meat, smoked char, goulash, baked shin, deer, polenta from Storo, Trentino cheeses, apple strudel. Wines: mainly from Trentino-Alto Adige with a focus on the area in which they are located; grappa and fruit brandy mainly from Trentino and Alto Adige. Craft beer of a local brewery also responsible for the Cascina Weizen.
