Lemon leaves stuffed with finely shredded fish, grilled with fennel herb and almonds; homemade cuttlefish ink pasta stuffed with buffalo ricotta-cheese and lobster; squid stuffed with courgettes served on a bed of tomatoes and fresh french fries; “The sun in the plate” … lemon soufflé made at “La Caravella” was so called by the famous Italian poet Salvatore Quasimodo, our special guest who awarded Nobel prize for literature in 1959.
