The wine-producing farm “La Baia del Sole” is situated in the ancient Luni of Ortonovo, lands that have always represented arts, culture and civilization, as it is shown by the rests and ruins of the ancient Roman amphitheatre. All the processes in the wine-cellar are carried out with the almost care; from the arrival of grapes in the wine-production stage to bottling which is carried out rigorously at low temperature in the frost cellars, to the following refining where bottles rest mitigated, mildened with thick walls of stones.
