Specialties

A territorial Tuscan cuisine with fresh pasta and meat from animals raised on the ground, mainly using low-temperature cooking. The meats are supplied by the renowned Cecchini butcher shop. Wines: Chianti Classico, Riserva and Gran Selezione DOCG Bio di Panzano-in-Chianti with some additions of whites and rosés from the surrounding area.
