The kitchen is run by the owner Gabriella “Lella” Del Principe, in the room her daughter Assunta.

Duck tortello simmered with orange; farro soup, beans and chicory; married potatoes; veal cheek with Montepulciano D’Abruzzo; millefeuille with hot cream; typical nougats from Abruzzo. Traditional dishes of Abruzzo revisited and local products (saffron from Navelli, DOP legumes). Wines: the best local labels.
