Gio’ is a restaurant that serves typical local dishes modernly revised. All the served dishes are cooked with fresh seasonal products from the surrounding rural area. The proposed dishes are modern variants of the local traditional dishes, mainly lake fish and meat based. Variety and continuous evolution of the food are the key elements of this restaurant. Wine: around 80 labels are proposed. Particular attention is paid for local and bio wines, but also major labels are available.
The name “Ristocantina” derives from the combination of two Italian words, “Ristorante”, restaurant, and “Cantina”, winery.
