Seasonal menu combining the territory with the creativity of the Chef. His dishes are inspired by tradition but revisited with originality and attention. He uses mainly locally produced ingredients, carefully chosen and then cooked at low temperatures and with long times. A selection of oils and coffees is available. A large cellar with over 600 wine labels: Apulian, Italian and international ones. Craft beer and spirits.
