The company cultivates all its vineyards since 1993 according to organic standards; we use natural products exclusively and we don’t add sulfur dioxide during wine making. We use wine-made yeasts, since we prepare a pied de cuve with the first grapes we harvest for the fermentation; once the process is active, we use them to inoculate the musts that gets to the cellar. Beside avoiding chemicals, we use clean energies, sustainable light glasses and organic corks, made out of sugar cane.
