Firriato was born in the early ‘80s, thanks to the intuition of Salvatore and Vinzia Di Gaetano who saw in the millenary grape-cultivating and wine-making traditions of Trapani, the potential of a business plan based on the production of high-quality wines. The vineyards of Firriato, fully managed under organic farming procedure, make a mosaic of terroirs of absolute value: from the Estate of Cavanera, on the slopes of Etna, to the estate of Calamoni in the island of Favignana.
