About us

Fèlsina is located on the southeast border of the Chianti Classico production area. Overall, Fèlsina covers about 500 Ha, 90 planted to vineyard, at elevations ranging from 350 to 420 meters. Even since the Poggiali’s family bought the property in 1966, Fèlsina renews each day its faithfulness to a cultural-viticultural project aimed at realizing the full potential of the Sangiovese in each vineyard. “Berardenga Chianti Classico”, “Rancia” and “Fontalloro” are Fèlsina’s three flagship wines, each relying exclusively on Sangiovese as a guarantee of distinctiveness and style, always in close conjunction with their source vineyards.
