Cuisine: Italian, Mediterranean specialized in raw fish and mainly in the Red Prawn of Mazara del Vallo, the best of Italian fish. Spaghetti drawn in bronze with the Red Prawn of Mazara on crudité of Red of Mazara. Wines: Sicilian and dessert wines, from the most prestigious Island Wine Houses.
