In the kitchen, the experience in the selection and processing of the raw material are the fundamental characteristics which ensure the authenticity of the dishes and taste in flavors. Thanks to this attention in the last ten years, the menu has been enriched with the freshest fish products, which have allowed customers to enjoy delicious fish dishes while being about an hour from the coast. Wines: mostly white wines from Abruzzo, such as Trebbiano, Pecorino, Passerina, Pinot, but also from Alto Adige (Sauvignon, Riesling, Gewurztraminer) in addition to the classic Montepulciano.
