About us

The winery is located among the morainic hills of Lake Garda, where Sergio and Raffaella Delai cultivate native vine varieties of the local tradition. The applied agronomic techniques, as the careful monitoring of the ripening through defoliation and thinning, allow us to obtain grapes with peculiar and diverse characteristics. The modern oenological techniques that we utilize further contribute to produce wines provided with an extreme complexity. The refinement of the best wines takes place in small oak barrels, while the storage of the bottles in air-conditioned chambers.
