The U Cantin agritourism company began its enological journey in 2004 collaborating in the project launched by the mountain community Fontanabuona for the recovery of the Cimixà vine, widely spread in the past but abandoned because it wasn’t very productive. Despite various awards in national wine guides, it was decided to not fall under any specific denomination so as to be able to fully express the potential of the grapes by obtaining very unique white and macerated wines, a raisin wine of extraordinary complexity all extremely long-lived.
