Specialties

Valeria starts from the tradition, overcomes it but never forgets it. The dishes she prepares reflect her: they are succulent, with definite flavors, played on the contrasts between flavors, textures and temperatures. Wines: a wide list which Andrea gives great attention to. He carefully selects small producers collaborating with them in the selection of grapes.
