The company was founded in 2000, the corporate favored the production of honey. Since 2005 it has become prevalent production of wine even if the bees continue to be the queens of the vineyards, carrying out precious and irreplaceable tasks: the bee in the photo is “healing” a grain broken by other insects. The methods of cultivation are natural, tend to respect as much as possible the environment. It feeds the soil with green manure, inevitable in the vineyard treatments using products that do not leave residues. Treat grape plants as if they were individually recognizable creatures allows us, then, to reduce interventions in the cellar.
