A typical Sicilian cuisine with special attention to traditional dishes in which we try to express the essence of the territory, the suggestions left by ancient traditions, the experiences of life. An inimitable food and wine journey, which the different cultures present on the island in former times, have strongly influenced with a range of typicalities. Wines: mainly from Sicilian cellars.
The goal is to rediscover and bring to light flavours and colours lost over time and re-propose them with a contemporary reading. A fragrant citrus garden with a very pleasant atmosphere.
