Cantine Re Dauno are located in the heart of Daunia, in the old town centre of San Severo, in an ancient building dated 1927. It’s a family-run business that has been dedicated to the production of wine for many years, but which in 2013 embarked on a new business project aimed at sparkling wine and the enhancement of the territory, mainly using bombino bianco, a native vine – one of the oldest vines, loved and popular in this area. In the suggestive cellars with cross vault made by clay bricks, the constant temperature between 12 and 18°C is ideal for the refinement of our sparkling wines.
