The Cantina Valle Isarco was founded in 1961 and incorporates 135 members who are cultivating approximately 150 ha. The cultivation area extends north to Novacella/Bressanone, includes Chiusa and the Monastery of Sabiona and edges in the southern Valle Isarco. Thanks to high altitudes from 300 to 970 m, cool climate and appropriate soils, the conditions are ideal to cultivate white wines. The elegant as well as spicy and mineral flavors of the wines express noticeably the philosophy of the winery and its members: “Quality without compromises”.
