Cantina Orgosa was founded in 2002 and was the first to bottle in Orgosolo. The approximately 2.5 hectares of vineyards are located in the Locoe valley between Oliena and Orgosolo, an area very suitable for the production of cannonau at about 450 meters above sea level. The soils are made up of granite weathering sand. In the vineyard we adopt the biodynamic method without the use of croissants (not certified) and there is no use of chemical fertilizers. In the cellar we do not use selected yeasts. The fermentation is spontaneous at room temperature. Production: about 9,000 bottles/year.
