In 1907, when the Trentino still subscribed to the Habsburg empire, it was to the Cantina Sociale Isera. Born at the behest of growers in the area, the cellar of Isera collected already then the grapes esteemed of basaltic hills of Isera, first of all those of Marzemino. Today over 150 members, over an area of 200 hectares, give each harvest their grapes. The admonition “quality does not accept compromises” is the imperative, a commitment to consumers and savor wines from over 100 years of experience.
