The “Cantina dei Produttori Nebbiolo di Carema” born in the 1960 on the initiative of a dozen local vine-growers and now gets to count about almost a hundred members, often owners of small vineyards. That of Carema (wine) and of Carema (city) is a history of mountain resistance, collective tenacity and slow, gradual, inexorable affirmation.
