The farm on the banks of the River Adige has vineyards on a varied territory. Thanks to its ancient oenological tradition it can combine updated technologies and processing plants. Now it is looking at emerging and expanding markets, starting from the preservation of the territory and people living there. A great attention is given to the wine structure, which is never processed forcedly, but cared and guided. Cantina Aldeno was the first cooperative winery in Trentino to be certified Bio at 360° and the first in Italy to be certified Biovegan.
