About us

The Bel Sit was founded in 1870 and has been for 6 generations belonged to the Rivella family. Since spring 2019 it belongs to Andrea and Gianpiero Scavino who have taken over the ownership but also the passion and production techniques. Andrea and Gianpiero have been producers since, in 1996, they inherited the share of his father, of the historical company for the production of Moscato d’Asti: “I Vignaioli di Santo Stefano”. The Bel Sit is located up an amphitheater-shaped hill overlooking the Langhe. The perfect South-West exposure allows to obtain complete ripening and consequently particularly complex wines but still fine and elegant.
