The Montecucco farm, located close to the territory of Montalcino, belongs to the maternal family line of Alessandro Tognozzi Moreni since the 16th century. The south facing vineyards are located at an altitude of 280 meters, growing the Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grape varieties. These are vinified singularly and subsequently blended to produce the Tuscan Igt Contemaso. Aging in barriques and tonneaux takes place in the sixteenth-century cellar, naturally equipped with optimal conditions for temperature and humidity.
