A revisited traditional Venetian cuisine; local raw materials from small producers, with a particular eye to the natural. Everything is homemade by Elena, even the leavened products. Special attention to the low temperature. Vicentina cod is also offered in this gluten-free version, for a connection to the centuries-old tradition of the dish. Wines: natural, above all from the Veneto, carefully chosen among those without any defects. Good champagne list, costantly increasing. Distillates: especially grappas; gin card with bitters, vermouth and natural bitters always from small production.
