A modern cuisine with special attention to the products of the farm and neighboring areas, with the aim of enhancing them. Not just traditional dishes, but new techniques and ideas to always offer something new and never banal. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free cuisine on request. Wines: about 50 labels coming mainly from small Sardinian realities. Liqueurs of own production or from local wineries.
