In the heart of the classic Valpolicella, there is the farm Acquaviva, crossed by a small stream of water. The cellar located in a building recently renovated and dating back to the early ‘800. In the early months of 2020, the challenge launched by Cesare Pelosato, a young and enterprising oenologist, has started the production of three lines of sparkling wine obtained exclusively using native grapes of Valpolicella, to satisfy the palate of the most demanding connoisseur. Going in a new direction, without ever forgetting respect for the territory and tradition, but with the bold desire to create an interesting and modern product.
