A cuisine closely linked to tradition with reinterpretations, cooking techniques and modern presentations. In summer we also offer fish, in the rest of the year “territory” with mushrooms, truffles, vegetables, legumes, fresh pasta and obviously meats of high quality. Wines: a cellar with about 1000 labels, Campania in primis but all Italian regions are well represented; special attention to natural wines and interesting foreign labels.
