About us

The Sabaini family began cultivating vines in the town of Illasi in the early 1930s selling their grapes to other wineries. In 2006 Adolfo Sabaini and his wife Mirca inaugurate their cellar. Since then they have dedicated themselves to the vinification of their own grapes, coming from about 100 hectares, and to the production of DOC and IGT wines. The sons Alberto and Riccardo contribute by adding a more contemporary aspect to the winery and the willingness to make their family company, their territory and their wines known. This is how the Wine Shop was born, where you will find all our bottled wines, and the Càneva, where you can taste our traditional bulk wines.
